According to Russian legislation https://www.nalog.ru/rn77/related_activities/spt/ you will be required to trace several types of imported goods by an RNPT number (a Registration Number of Traceable Goods). This number is either derived from the Import Customs Declaration number (during import from non-EACU countries) or assigned to goods by the tax office (in other cases). The types of goods that are subject to traceability are determined by law.

Downport to lower releases is not supported because of correlation with other solutions (e.g. Import Customs Declaration).
