- Deconverted candidate profiles (from internal candidate profile to external candidate profile) are now missing their email information (both primary email address and contact email address).
- Due the the email issue, candidates are unable to have their passwords reset and log to their recently deconverted external candidate profiles. (Please understand there is similar issue going on when candidates try to create accounts on systems that use One Time Password authentication. Reproducing the Issue
- After having an internal candidate profile converted back to external, check said external candidate profile and notice is has no email address tied to them.
- The same external candidate profiles will not be able to either have their passwords reset or to log into their systems using existing passwords.
This is a system know defect (worked on internal task ID CS20200001019286 / INC0205883). We currently have no workaround for this or dates as to when this will be fixed, but we are working with high priority to have this addressed as soon as possible.
