The removal of an SAP Partner Contact is not possible using the Remove Contact Assignment option in Service Control Center.

The incident with the request to change the SAP Partner Contact should be created by the SAP Account Manager/CEE/CSM.
This person should create this incident in a specific tool to which the Product Support team does not have access.
The customer needs to get in touch with the relevant SAP Account Manager/CEE/CSM and request her/him to proceed further.
