3017174 - Video thumbnail does not show in SAP Jam

• Video thumbnail is not showing for videos posted in Jam.  
• They are just black boxes with the play icon.

SAP JAM Collaboration

1. When the user who uploaded the video become an alumni user.
2. If the page was created via import the group, dirty data could exist.

Code correction has been created and the patch to fix this issue will be deployed on March 26th.

Workaround:

1. Edit group overview page.
2. Remove the no thumbnail video.
3. Add a new video widget with the same video.
4. Save.
