3016324 - Saved Search to auto populate Talent Pool is not working - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Saved Search associated to auto populate Talent Pool is not working and is showing 0 candidates

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a Saved Search under Recruiting -> Candidates (make sure it has search results)
2. Associate the Saved Search with the Talent Pool under (Candidates -> Talent Pool -> Edit -> List of Saved searches). Reference KBA : https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2721912
3. Wait for the Saved Search nightly job (Auto Populate Talent Pool) to run in Provisioning, and if the number of candidates in the Talent Pool still says '0'
4. Go to Provisioning -> Monitor Jobs  -> Job Name: 'Auto populate talent pool’ is not running

Cause

Provisioning job Auto populate talent pool has to be disabled and re-enabled to trigger the job

Resolution

To resolve, from Admin Center -> Manage Recruiting Settings, disable and re-enable Talent pool feature. This solution will retrigger the job and adds candidates to the Talent pool based on Saved search results.

Please know that disabling and re-enabling will not change anything from the database, so all talent pool data remains safe.
