When trying to Capture a Signature for Tickets, all Options are always available (Agent, Buyer and Technician). There is no option to restrict the drop down values, this is not possible even if trying it via Code List Restriction.
Cloud for Customer
The dropdown values for the Capture Signature for Tickets cannot be limited.
This is the standard behavior of the system.
