There is no option to move Address Fields in Accounts to the Header.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to the Customers work centre.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open any Account.
4. In Adaptation mode, go to Address field -> No Move button is available.
Edit Group fields are not allowed to move from their group.
Address fields are not move-enabled. This is the standard system behavior.
