3013143 - EU_CLONE_ALLSIZES: table 'QCM*' does not exist, cloning will fail!

Symptom

The SUM is stuck at phase MAIN_POSTLCEAN/EU_CLONE_ALLSIZES with an error similar to the below from EUCLONEALLSIZES.LOG:

3EETQ399 Table 'QCM/*' does not exist, cloning will fail!
1EETQ399 Last error code set is: Found 1 non-existing tables where cloning will fail
1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "EU_CLONE_ALLSIZES" aborted with severe errors ("XXXXXXXXXXXXXX")

This issue can occur for one or more tables.
