The following error occurs in step "Check connectivity and credentials to SAP's support backbone":

An exception with the type CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause 
Part-field access (offset = 0, length = 1) to a data object of the size 0 exceeds valid boundaries.
