When you open a visit, or when you modify a visit, the visit can be save successfully, but error "You are not authorized to access the data"appears.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open Visit 123. (ABC represents the visit ID) >> You can see the error.
- Edit the visit, do any change, Save. >> The save is successful, but you get the error "You are not authorized to access the data"
There are some Follow-up Items in the visit, which you do not have access to.
For example, there's an email in the Follow-up Items tab, and if you click on that email, you will get an error saying that you do not have access to the email
This is expected behavior.
The behavior also applies to other BO, such as ticket or lead.
