3011184 - Certificate based SSO to BW live data connection is not working in SAC mobile on iPhone in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

Certificate based SSO of BW live data connection is not working on iPhone, after finished configuration as per guide https://help.sap.com/viewer/00f68c2e08b941f081002fd3691d86a7/release/en-US/1f5d6fce55be487c9e986e31e3e37f06.html, when open the story, select email window still pop up in SAC mobile on iPhone. Same configuration is working fine on iPad.

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.23.5

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure certificate based SSO following help guide: https://help.sap.com/viewer/00f68c2e08b941f081002fd3691d86a7/release/en-US/1f5d6fce55be487c9e986e31e3e37f06.html
  2. Open the story in SAC mobile on iPhone, select email window still pop up.
