You would like to define a default sender address (i.e. email@example.com) when working with PPF email actions in IT Service Management. When working with Mail Forms-based actions (i.e. SMIN_STD_MAIL), this requirement can be fulfilled using parameter DEFAULT_SENDER_EMAIL. However, mentioned parameter is not taken into account when defining Smartforms-based actions (i.e. SMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT).
