Symptom

  • Story is losing data source connection after duplicating in SuccessFactor embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Error is showing:
    Sorry, we couldn't access the data source.
    Please contact your administrator.

Environment

  • SAP Success Factors embedded SAC

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new story in SF embedded SAC via any connection.
  2. Confirm the story is showing the data successfully.
  3. Duplicate the story by click "save as" and give it a new name.
  4. Open this new created story and found the connection to data source is lost.

This issue is currently under investigation by development.
