3008412 - SAP Jam anchor does not jump to the anchor

• SAP Jam URL with anchor does not jump to the designated anchor (page/section). You need to scroll up to see the anchor.
• Anchor link disappears behind the header.
• Expected behavior: Anchor should be shown on top of page below the header.
