When the Outlook Addin MSI file is pushed via the Software Center and due to Network issues, if the Installation fails, then the below mentioned error occurs when you try to re-install the Addin.
As the previous Installation/push failed via the Software Center, there will be some residual files that has been left behind. Because of this, installtion fails all the time.
You will have to clear the App cache by running the following command in the CMD Module with Admin rights
rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache
KBA , LOD-CRM-GW-OUT , Outlook , Problem
