Text message sending failed due to API error such as in the screenshot below: Code "403", Reason: "Forbidden", Message: "<html> <head> <title>Error 403 Forbidden</title> <", RequestID: "".
If testing connection in the relevant communication arrangement, we can see the same error as below.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open Text Message in content studio
- Send test Text Message
AccountID is missing in "Outbound Services" definition part of the relevant communication arrangement.
You need to maintain the relevant account ID under "Outbound Services" definition part of the corresponding communication arrangement.
- For example in screenshot below, for Scenario: SAP_COM_0041, the Path is like: such as /cmn/<accountID>/<accountID>.sms.
- You need to check the accountID information from the email you received from the service provider and maintain it in the path field.
