Print items with status other than 'Successful' and 'Failed' in customer Print Queues are not deleted automatically, even after the 'Retention Period' has been reached.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Print Queue by app 'Maintain Print Queue', set 'Retention Period' to one day.
- Send print items to the Print Queue, leave them without printing through CPM(Cloud Print Manager), items stay in 'New' status in queue.
- The 'New' status print items are not deleted after one day, all other 'Successful' and 'Failed' print items can be deleted successfully.
A standard background job is running daily in customer systems to delete obsolote print items, for Non-DEFAULT Print Queues only the items with status 'Successful' or 'Failed' are counted into deletion.
Customer own Print Queues are assumed to be actively used, therefore the items should not be deleted until they are sent to CPM.
Map the application output to DEAFULT Print Queue, all status print items in DEFAULT Print Queue will be deleted automatically once the 'Retention Period' is reached.
