When trying to upload a .CSV file in the Ticket Categorization machine learning scenario, the error message Model Creation Failed is raised.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Administrator work center.
- Navigate to Prediction Services work center view.
- Click Model Setup.
- Select the Ticket Categorization scenario.
- Click Add a model.
- Select File Upload.
- Try to upload a .CSV file.
- See the error Model Creation Failed.
The file upload mode is currently not officially being supported at the moment.
To perform this task, you may use the auto data extraction mode, where the tickets from the tenant will be extracted and prepared for model training.
If the tickets are in the external system, then the old tickets would need to be loaded into the system using data workbench.
