When trying to access the App Create Single Payment the App keeps on loading and you cannot proceed further.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the App Create Single Payment
- App keeps loading with the message 'Working'
Missing authorisations to the CBUser that is trying to access the App.
Follow the steps below:
- Go the the App Maintain Business Users.
- Remove XXX_BR_AP_ACCOUNTANT from user CBUser with the issue, and save the change.
- Add XXX_BR_AP_ACCOUNTANT back to user CBUser with the issue, and save the change.
