3000161 - Error The following class(s) have reached maximum registration - LMS

When a user tries to enroll to a program where there is a class. And the associated class has user can waitlist enabled but have reached its maximum registration already, user is not allowed by the system to enroll.

SAP Successfactors Learning (LMS) - Version B2011 and above

1. As an admin, create a program as scheduled only> Add an instructor led item and a class.
   
   Item must be set YES for the following:
   User can Self-Register
   User can Request a Class
   User can Waitlist
   And Item maximum enrollments must be set.
2. Enroll users as an admin so that it would reached its maximum enrollment.
3. Add the program to the user's library.
4. As a user, go to library and enroll on the program created.

This is working as designed. The system will not allow a user to enroll to a program where class have reached its maximum registration even when User Can Waitlist is enabled. This feature will not work in a progam.
