3000115 - Error when hiring manager submit data in New Hire Data Review - Onboarding 2.0

Symptom

Your hiring manager is trying to submit data in new hire data review and an application error occurs in the "identity" portlet.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Add new hire to Onboarding;
  2. Fill out the basic details;
  3. Click in "provide additional data";
  4. Only one portlet is loaded in the UI;
  5. Once you try to submit the information, an application error occurs.

Cause

Basic Permissions for hiring manager role such as employee ID / User ID in Biographical information portlet are missing.

Resolution

Provide permissions for Employee ID and User ID in Biographical Information section along with the Employee Central basic permissions.
