2999541 - Refresh Failed due to missing privilege error after deleting user ] in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

After deleting a user who had created a schedule for a datasource, that datasource fails with the error ""Refresh failed due to missing privilege"

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.14.29

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create model off a data source user #1 
  2. Create user #2
  3. Share the connection being used in the model with user #2
  4. Log in as user #2
  5. Open the model->Data Management -> Create schedule - set it to run at a later time
  6. Save and log off
  7. Log in as user #1, delete user #2 -> Choose to transfer everything to user #1
  8. Observe the schedule created in step #5 - it will fail with the error "Refresh failed due to missing privilege"
