2999204 - Sales Order not shown in account summary.

Symptom

You notice that sales Order are not shown in PDF file however they are shown in Sales Quote facet.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the customer work center.
  2. Go to the account view.
  3. Search for account XYZ(XYZ represent the id of the account).
  4. Move to facet sales order.

You can see sales quote are added to the facet.

Now:

Click the button Action and choose  Summary then  open the PDF and check the line for sales order. You can see the sales order are note shown

Cause

The summary in account shows sales order created in the last 30 days.

Resolution

 Please create new sales order.
