- Error "Failed to parse response" happens in embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (eSAC)
- The same error can be found the Payload of request to https://<eSAC host>/datacollection/api/v1/application/data
- Just before that, Unauthorized response can be found of request to https://<eSAC host>/sap/fpa/services/rest/epm/contentlib?tenant=<tenant ID>

- SAP S/4HANA CLOUD 2011
- Embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (eSAC)
Reproducing the Issue
- Log on to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Open Manage KPIs and Reports application.
- Select one story and then click Configuration tab to launch it.
- Wait more than 10 minutes without doing anything.
- Click on the SAP icon or back button at the top-left.
- Relaunch story.
