2997845 - Internal Error occurs in IAS Monitor Tool page if instance has been migrated to IAS before b2011 release

Symptom

An Error will occurs in IAS monitor Tool page as below for those instances has been migrated to IAS before b2011 release.

An internal error occurred while retrieving the record you requested. Please try again later or contact customer support.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to "Monitoring Tool of Identity Authentication Service/Identity Provisioning Service Upgrade"

2. will see that an error displays as below:

An internal error occurred while retrieving the record you requested. Please try again later or contact customer support.

Cause

Currently the monitoring tool can pull the process details only in run time. If the process has been triggered before Monitoring tool being released-which is b2011 release, it would not pull this data and show it here.

Engineering team is working on the fix of this issue to reflect the right message rather than calling out an error message.

Resolution

Currently this is the system behavior and we will update this KBA for the fix of this issue.
