2997751 - Candidate User Sync job is failing after H2 Release - Recruiting Management

After H2 successfacors release, the candidate user sync job is failing. 

When accessing provisioning we see an error with invalid job owner:

CAND_USER_SYNC Job is not getting schedule with execption ScheduledJobExecutionException: Invalid job owner user: v4admin. Quit job execution. 

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

1. Go to provisioning;
2. Monitor Jobs;
3. Search for Candidate user sync job;
4. Execution will show as failed with invalid job owner;

This is a known defect; 

Engineering team found the cause of the issue and a code fix is being deployed in production environment on Dec-04th.
