2996322 - How to delete a planning model without planning license in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

You used to have planning license and you created some planning models.

Now, you don't have the planning license any more due to contract and you want to delete these planning models created in the past.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.21.8

1. Log in to SAC system.
2. Select Browse -> Files from the main menu.
3. Open the My Files / Public / Models folder. 
4. Cannot delete the planning models.

You should open the System folder instead of the My Files folder.

1. Log in as the System Owner.
2. Select Browse -> Files from the main menu.
3. Select the System folder on the left hand navigation pane, and open the Public / Models folder. Note: You should now be in the System / Public / Models folder (not the My Files / Public / Models folder). 
4. The System Owner should be able to delete the models from this System folder.
