2994835 - Request New Absence button name changed after 2H2020 release

Symptom

The "Request New Absence" can no longer be found in Time Off after the 2H2020 release.

Resolution

The "Request New Absence" is now named as "Create Absence", since the 2H2020 release.

It is possible to rename this label using the Manage Languages feature, assigning the desired name in the key "TIMEANDLABOR_WORKBENCH_LABEL_NEW_ABSENCE".
