Symptom
- User is unable to successfully create a new Story report. The page is stuck in a blank loading screen or errors are displayed
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics
Resolution
You can use the Check Tool for validation:
- Type Check Tool in Admin Center Tool Search
- Select Reporting from the drop-down menu
- Expand Configuration > Select Availability of user record for People Analytics
- Click Run button
- Enter user ID or name
- Click Run button
- There will be a message in the next screen about the user's status. If there is an issue you will see "1 issue found". Click on that link.
- The Detailed Results screen will display the Status and the Proposed Solution. In most cases it will be to run IPS sync.
