2992314 - javax.naming.CommunicationException: sccadmin fails to login

Symptom

The SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) uses LDAP for Authentication. The users sccadmin, sccsupport, sccmonitoring etc. are not able to access login and in the trace files the below errors are populated:
