SAP Cloud for Customer
With this feature, whenever a new e-mail address / channel is created in SAP Cloud for Customer, a status of active / inactive will be available. This will be active only if the e-mail address is verified with the verification code sent to this address.
At the moment, it is not possible to mark the e-mail channel as active without verifying the same with the verification code.
As for the already existing channels, these will remain as active in the system, so that there are no issues or inconsistencies when using them, however, these will be marked as Not Verified.
In case the e-mail address of any existing or new channels are changed, the verification will be mandatory, so that the agent can mark the channel as active.
