2987758 - Date Format is changes in Offer Approval date field - Recruiting Management (2H 2020)

Date field format is changing from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy when transferred from JR or application to Offer

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access a job requisition or application
2. Find any date field that is mapped to an offer, for example “Job Start Date” with date 01/09/2020
3. Now locate the candidate and open the offer see that there is a field “Job Start Date” with date 09/01/2020

Our developers are investigating the issue and we should have this KBA updated once we have a fix date and/or workaround.
