• Connection hangs and cannot be killed. 
• This connection was assigned to a specific thread pool and re-assigned to another thread pool while active.
• "dbcc stacktrace" shows the connection in upsleepgeneric(). The full stack could be the following, however, it could be any stack with "upsleepgeneric" at the top.
