In Business rule, "Null" option is no longer available to select for mandatory parameters

Before 2011

It is possible in Rules Engine UI to select "Null" as value for rule function parameters during rule definition, regardless of parameter is optional or mandatory. 

After 2011

Option to select "Null" as value for mandatory rule function parameters is no longer available.
