Symptom

Offer Approval fields doesn't show labels in the correct language on Mass Offer Approval page.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
  • Mass Offer Approval is enabled

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Change the locale to non-English, e.g. Chinese, Japanese and so forth.
  2. Go to Recruiting > Offers, create or edit an offer approval.
  3. It shows English labels regardless of the label translations in the XML template.

Resolution

This is a confirmed defect and will be fixed in the First Half 2021 Release (b2105).
