2983787 - Sales order status or open quantity is incorrect updated after the return delivery

Symptom

Symptom 1: 

After one sales order gets fully delivered and invoiced, the overall header status is completed. Then you create the return order and return delivery for this sales order. The overall header status of this sales order is still completed but not open/in processing again.

Symptom 2:

After one sales order gets partially delivered and invoiced. Then you create the return order and return delivery for this sales order to send the material back. But the open quantity is not back/increased , and you may get the message VL363.
