2983568 - S/4 Hana FLP: Fiori Search Connectors cannot be selected on start of Fiori Launchpad, the selection moves to the left

Symptom

After the start of the Fiori Launchpad, the Fiori Search is loaded after a while.
But if you try to use the Fiori Search too soon, the Fiori Search Connector Selection moves to the left and does not work anymore.

Environment

embedded S/4 HANA 1809 System
patched to SAP UI5 Version 1.71.24 recently
also exists in SAP UI5 Version 1.71.25
