Symptom

How to add more values in the Onboarding integration setup onboarding 2.0:

Under Onboarding settings Apply Onboarding to Job Requisitions that meet ANY of the following criteria : Choose the values which you want to select the custom one's

Environment

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING 2.0

Resolution

when adding a new value to field via "Manage organization pay,component,jobInfo" like location/department or division, those get saved into data source corresponding to FO/GO table(GENERIC_OBJECT_T),

And way setup onboarding integration page is works is that it reads from USERS_SYSINFO table, hence we don't see the value,  as commented by Janina and shared over call, only solution in here is 

"To use the newly added value for field in Job-Info to a USER and then this automatically data gets synched to USERS_SYSINFO table" this might solve the problem.

For Example : 

Create Location, select the Legal Entity and make it active

Add new Employe and select the same Legal Entity which you have created in Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures

Now you can select the custom Location in the Location field

Finally,You can add the values in Onboarding Integration Setup 2.0
