  •  AS Java does not start
  • The error in std_serverX.out file(location : /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/work) is similar to  "Error opening zip file or JAR manifest missing : F:/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA98/SMDAgent/applications.config/com.sap.smd.agent.application.wily/BytecodeAgent/ISAGENT.10.5.2.27-2017-12-18/wily/Agent.jar  "
  • You do not use Wily Introscope .
  • You have tried to remove the Wily parameters as per the KBA  2004944 - How to continue system upgrade when java stack cannot start due to error "agent library failed to init: instrument, but you continue to see Wily parameters and the same error even after cluster restart.
