2979432 - LMS New Admin UI - Errors after creation of new item

After a new item is created and accessing the item details from Learning Administration, the data does not load and other tab data fails to load or returns with generic error and eventually user needs to logout and back in to navigate elsewhere within LMS.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning b2005+

1. Create any item in new admin UI.
2. Ensure the image URL is pointing to a crednetial-accessed (entitled) secure site like iContent.
3. Try to access the item via LMS administration and incur symptoms.

The SF LMS application cannot utilize credentials to login to other sites for images on items.

Import the image manually through the item or host on a secure unentitled (requiring no credentials access) site; and if you cannot access the item to do so, utilize the item connector to update accordingly.
