2973133 - Procedures like 'sp_iqmon%' are removed after 'Alter Database Upgrade Procedure ON' onIQ16.1 SP04.04 -- SAP IQ

Symptom

On Same IQ version IQ16.1 SP04.04, after performed following operation , only 8 '%iqmon%' procedures are dropped.

  - Create Database
  - Alter Database Upgrade
  - Alter Database Upgrade procedure ON

What i performed steps are,

1. Installed IQ16.1 SP04.04

2. Created 'iqdemo' db using 'mkiqdemo.sh'.
     After iqdemo is created, executed below query and 8 '%iqmon%'  procedures are returned.

    Select OS.name as Object_name, object_type, creation_time
     From sysobject, sysobjects OS
   Where object_id = OS.id and OS.name like '%iqmon%' and OS.type ='P' ;

 Object_name                         object_type           creation_time
-------------------------------- ------------------  ----------------------------
sp_iqmonview_internal               6                  2020-09-25 00:43:19.0

sp_iqmonCache                          6                  2020-09-25 00:43:19.0
sp_iqmonviews                           6                  2020-09-25 00:43:19.0
sp_iqmonviewcolumns                 6                  2020-09-25 00:43:19.0
iqmonCacheDetails_Update_Columns    6          2020-09-25 00:43:19.0
sp_iqmonCacheDetails                 6                  2020-09-25 00:43:19.0

3.  Re-start iqdemo and executed 'Alter Database Upgrade ', not 'Procedure On'.
     At this time above 8  '%iqmon%'  procedures are returned well. It looks there is no change for these procedures.

4.  Re-start iqdemo and executed 'Alter Database Upgrade procedure ON'.

     But after 'Alter ...Upgrade...Procedure ON', below same SQL returned 0 rows. It means those 8 '%iqmon%' procedures were dropped.

    Select OS.name as Object_name, object_type, creation_time
     From sysobject, sysobjects OS
   Where object_id = OS.id and OS.name like '%iqmon%' and OS.type ='P' ;

Object_name                         object_type           creation_time
-------------------------------- ------------------  ----------------------------

  0 row

Is it correct operation ?
