2969071 - Measures decimals setting model vs decimals setting story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - 2020.14.11

Accounts/Measures with decimals set to '0' on model level will by default show '0' decimals in all stories.
That's fine, but sometimes when performing top-down planning there can be fractional values, example: 8.33333 which will be rounded and shown as value of 8.

If users want to show these decimals in some cases to make sense of the data, when changing the number format on story level to '2' decimals, the values will be showing as '8.00' which is not correct.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open story
  2. Notice the values are formatted with 2 decimals all appearing to be .00
  3. then go into dimension Account for example and change decimals of account XXX from 0 to 2 decimals
  4. Refresh the story,
  5. Notice the decimals now appear
