An Admin just ended a proxy session to a user. After clicking the User Search link to go back to Users page and search for another user, an application error occurred. When you click View Details, it shows Error message = No SelectorStack [search] available.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to new Learning Administration > People > Users
- Search for any user
- Click the user
- Under Actions, click the drop down menu
- Select Launch Proxy
- Close the proxy user window
- Click End Proxy Session
- Click the User Search link to go back to Users page
- Search another user
- Click Search
- Search result shows the application error
The User Search link should be not available after the "Launch Proxy" action which is the same behavior in the old Admin UI. There is an internal limitation of the Launch Proxy that restricts to perform the user search operation using the header link.
This is a known coding issue on the new Admin UI. Fix will be available in b2011 release. After the fix is applied, the User Search link from the new Admin UI will be hidden. The Admin should be able to click Users under People from the menu to perform any new search if required.
