2957819 - "Insert New Record" button not available in Mobile

Symptom

The "Insert New Record" button within "Personal Information" portlet does not show in Mobile, only after accessing "change history" and going back to the previous page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Mobile App
  2. Go to Profile > Click on "Me"
  3. Click on "Personal Information"
  4. Click on the "clock" sign
    "Insert New Record" is not available
  5. Click on the change history available "Mar 17, 2002"
  6. From the page that opens, go back using the arrow on the top left side
    "Insert New Record" is available

Resolution

This is a known issue aknowledged by the Engineering team. The fix will be available as part of the SuccessFactors b2011 release, scheduled for the below dates:

  • Preview: October 16th
  • Production: November 20th
