Symptom

The following  behavior  occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud Mobile App (SAC):

  • BW and HANA Live-Connection stopped working within the iOS-App/Android
  • Message “Trying X509 Login – please select certificate” when using BW Live connection with SSO in SAC Mobile app.
