Based on customer adoption statistics and strategic fit with the SAP Commerce roadmap the decision was taken to retire the Customer Recovery feature of SAP Commerce Cloud, context-driven services. To be clear, SAP Commerce Cloud, context-driven services itself stays available in market. We make this change in order to accelerate innovation of the product’s primary focus areas around Personalization, Merchandizing and Recommendations.
