2953269 - Updated 'IQ Dynamic Memory' value in sp_iqstatus - SAP IQ

Since IQ16.1 SP04.02(+), IQ server changed buffer pool allocation behavior. In detail, -iqmc and -iqtc memory are allocated through 'mmap' and not through 'malloc'. Before the change, when monitoring memory allocation size by sp_iqstatus and IQ CockPit, they only account for malloc memory which is heap memory. Now it returns actual using memory size because unused free memory was really de-allocated.

Due to the change,  'IQ Dynamic Memory' in sp_iqstatus returns different value comparing to prior version's sp_iqstatus. For example, when iqdemo server starts with -c 40 iqmc=400 , iqtc=400,

* In SP04 PL00 =>
   ' IQ Dynamic Memory:','Current: 918mb, Max: 985mb'

* In SP04 PL02 =>
   ' IQ Dynamic Memory:','Current: 115mb, Max: 120mb'

As well as, 'Total Memory' in 'overview' tab in IQ CockPit can be influenced depending on IQ16.1 SP04.x.
