2953224 - Packages not received via Content Network in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

The following behaviour occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

  • A package is succesfully shared from the source tenant to the target tenant
  • The shared package cannot be found on the receiving (target) tenant

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.08.15

Reproducing the Issue

1. Logon to source tenant 
2. Navigate to: Menu -> Browse -> Content Network
3. Export a New Package
4. Share with "System"
5. Choose "Landscape"
6. Click an "Add" and "OK"
7. Message: Successfully added
8. Logon to target tenant
9. Navigate to: Menu -> Browse -> Content Network -> My Content
10. Under Settings, toggle the setting "Show content shared by all systems", to 'ON'
11. Notice no content is shown
