2952658 - Inbound Delivery Not Released Automatically Although Unload Task is Finished

Symptom

You are using a two step Logistics Model for receiving and you noticed that after you have confirmed the Unload task  DEF the Delivery Status of the corresponding Inbound Delivery KLM is "In Process".

You observe Inbound Delivery KLM is created but not released although  Unload task DEF is  in Finished Status.*KLM refers to Inbound Delivery Id, DEF refers to Unload Task id

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Inbound Logistics Work Center
  2. Go to Inbound Deliveries View
  3. Search for KLM 
  4. Inbound Delivery KLM Delivery Status is seen as "In Process" and Release Status as "Not Released"

Cause

As Unload task DEF is confirmed partially  and remaining quantities has been set as Deviation Reason: Missing part.

Resolution

In order to resolve the issue, You will have to perform Accept Deviation for remaining quantities which was set as Inbound Deviation in Unload Task DEF.

  1. Navigate to Inbound Logistics  Work Center
  2. Go to Work View
  3. Search for Unload task DEF
  4. Select Accept Deviation
