Recorded Working Time Displayed value in "Workflow Request" is different to the shown value in "Time Sheet"

Reproducing the Issue
- There was one day absence in the week, initially. This one absence was added to the recorded working time and the time sheet was sent to the approver.
- Later, the absence was changed and an extra day was added.
- The Time Sheet was not recalculated properly, because the hash logic does not see the changed value of the recorded working time field.
Limitation of Hashing logic for Time sheets
This is a gap in the hash logic and it will be improved by Product management with the b2011 release.
Please be aware that this improvement of the hashing logic can cause the re submission of approved timesheets, as per KBA 2729528 - Approved Time Sheets resubmitted by v4admin after Release Update
Workaround until b2011:
Withdraw the time sheet and resubmit it. The value of the recorded working time should be recalculated properly.
